not paying vendors

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
I used to be a vendor for this apartment complex, and they never paid. I guess the funny thing is that they will evict you for not paying, but they refuse to pay thier vendors. This apartment complex is a joke. I have seen how it is run from working in the office.
