The good reviews are made by the management. I have been told about this happening in the past, but come on it is so noticeable.

Instead of posting fake reviews about how nice it is to live here first get your apartment up to standards and pay your contractors. Then after you do all of that then you can have bragging rights about how great it is to live here. Till then shut up and see the light it is a dump.

I completely agree. Me and my nephew lived there for a year and we had nothing but trouble.We had trashy people living above us and management treated us like we were the ones with a problem. Craftsmanship was the absolute worst there, hope your handy with tools cause they are not. Anyway I left an honest review on here and the management got on here and tried to attack me and discredit my review. Brandy in the office is a B_tch straight up. Oddly enough their sister property Tennyson Arms is a great value and have GREAT office staff and they take care of things there. I have been here over a year now.
