First off, the entire Village Oaks system is just a money hungry bunch of wild dogs. They will use any excuse to get money out of you, anything from a huge and completely unfair fee for breaking your lease ($250) to a late charge ($30) on rent when Village Oaks was at fault for the mistake that caused it to be late.

Second, I'm not entirely sure, but I do believe that they put you with three people who smoke weed and drink beer constantly on purpose.

Don't bother trying to live here, you'll be aching to get out before the first day is over. Cockroaches won't even live in this place, it sucks so much.
