The *worst* thing about VOA is the management staff. They are *HORRIBLE.* Oh yes- they may seem all too nice when you go to sign your lease, but quickly after they grow claws and fangs and try to kill you by either ripping out your jugular or sucking the life out of your wallet. They are INCREDIBLY RUDE. Incredibly. The apartments don't seem so bad, minus the overcharging for *everything,* including ((but not limited to!)) the $150 [mandatory] furniture fee for the most hideous furniture ever created. And of course, being housed with smokers when you specifically demand a nonsmoking apartment. ETC.
