First of all...I hate Village Oaks, aside from the boggus charges on late fees and the noise here. 98% of the people living here are total trash. Listening to obnoxiously loud music and constantly vandalizing and stealing other peoples property. If you insist on brining something valuable- think again. I had my cell stolen from my apt, my girlfriends rims were stolen and a bottle was thrown at my windshield. Plus my friends car Radio was stolen as well. Sure there is vandalism everywhere but I have never seen anything like this. However the thing that bothered me the most was that whenever my girlfriend came to visit she was verbal harrassed and couldn't walk anywhere by hereself without getting verbal shouts of sexual invitation. Personally this has been a complete waste living here.

I know exactly what you mean about verbal harrassment. My girlfriend was constantly stared down.
