Apartment was broken into within first month there. Apartments are in horrible shape when you move in. So when they give you the check sheet make sure you put in specifics such as bent blinds or carpet fraid ( and it is folks!) at almost every door way. Missing screws from vents (what!). In short, don?t expect any of your deposit back, you won?t be getting it!!!
