The VO Staff are known by everybody in the complex to rip you off at every chance. I've lived here a year and a half now, and have been relocated twice to a different apartment. The first time I was fined $84, because of things that were broken when I moved in. So if you move here, make sure you get every little thing, or else you'll be charged for it. Burnt drip pans, box springs, dirty walls, etc - check it or be fined.

Also, expect the power to go out anytime there's even a slightest rainshower.
