Apartment is over-priced, very small bedroom with shared bathroom. You better hope like hell that your roomate is not a SLOB!
No monitoring of utilities so all roomates get to pay for the one idiot who wants to run the AC in Winter!!!
Fixtures are cheap and nasty. Furniture is ghetto style.
No cleanliness checks to ensure that a healthy standard is maintained by all occupants. Fines would take care of this problem. My roomate was a total pig and never cleaned up!
Request to repair outside light never completed!
Avoid this place at all costs! Office staff do not care about living standards, just want to collect the rent!
