i have been here for almost a year and i have had nothing but problems. From low low low water pressure, to no hot water for almost a week, pests like ants and roaches, no parking options in the fall and spring, bad customer service in the office. And after all this im sure im going to get stuck with the bill for my carpet b.c one of my old roommates was a packrat and drug all kinds of old ratty car parts through the apt and they nvr checked when he moved out. now im not just gonna raise up a storm it would be a good place to live in for mayb a semester if you are new to the area.
