I lived here for three years during undergraduate; this property is by far the best value in Waco. The apartments are small but great for students and young people, the landscaping is great and the property is really attractive. The walls are a bit thin but when I lived there there was a "party" side of the complex and a "quiet" side; you can just choose which location is closer to your likes! I would move back here if I moved back to Waco. Really a great community.
