Electric bill always very low. Small, simple but affordable apartment. Did not feel comfortable leaving wife home alone.

This review makes no sense. How can you recommend this apartment for singles and students - most of whom are young and may not have much knowledge about security - when you don't even feel comfortable leaving your wife at home?
