First, I liked it, it was cute for a young couple to live in, and everything was going good for like the first week, then i started noticing the problems, the walls are PAPER THIN, my bf is a body builder and weighs a lot, and the guy down stairs complains every time he even made a noise when he walked it was like we had to tip toe in our house just so the cops wouldnt come out. Then, our water heater went out, well they told us it was normal..... but a 10-15 min shower isnt normal for it to go completley FREEZING.I would have to get out with shampoo in my hair and wait for about 30 min then get back in. IT WAS TERRIBLE. The guy down stairs was a complete drug dealer, he passed out in our front lawn from smoking weed and having other drugs in his system the parimetics had to take him to the hospital, it was terrible;he always had some kind of drug deal going on late at night, and wierd cars parked out side with people sitting in them talking. THe couple next to him was always fighting and had the cops over at least once a week. THEN THE NEXT PART, a week before christmas a ambulance came out to the apt downstairs on the end, and rolled a 2 year old baby out on a stretcher, the baby died, a friend of mine that was a cop said they had suspesions of parents causing the death. WHICH REALLY CREEPED ME OUT! Then last year, they had a rape! Some girl had her apartment door open during the summer, and a guy came in and raped her, they kicked him out his apartment, but thats besides the point. They say they do back ground checks but apparently not good enough! I've had my car Keyed -more then once, probley by the crazy neighbor down stairs, bc ive called the cops on him for the fact that it was creepy coming home at 1 in the morning with *Gangster* looking guys all standing out side staring at me! THe list could go on with all the compliants I have with this apartment. They have had breakins in the laundry room, from ppl trying to get the quarters out of the machines i mean come on, so they lock it at 10 every night and they said that if you have laundry in there and they lock it, *OH WELL*. I mean what the hell! All I can say is its horrible! My boyfriend wanted to renew the lease, *I wanted to move* but he said it was all he could afford right now with going to college and it was convientent with school, but when he went to renew the lease they told him that he couldnt renew because the neighbor complained to much, and they we would need to get out by the end of the month. Not only that she started making up other complaints about my bf harrassing girls and other things, we barely got out of our apt, except to take the trash out so she made that up, just because she didnt want to deal with him arguing with her, because she'd rather have a drug dealer and a baby killer living there instead of two young college kids, that NEVER partied or anything and the other complaints were *FOOT STEP NOISES* which, the walls are so paper thin you can hear the persons TV from down stairs. ITS ridicoulous! HONESTLY, before moving here, try to find other places and other options its not worth it!

I know who this person is and she is making so much of this up. I lived close to where her boyfriend lived and never saw any of this happening. Her and her boy friend fought all of the time. She is not a very nice person.
