i have actually lived at these apartments a little over a year. After I moved in I heard & read that they were the worst apartments to live in, and that they always had stuff going on, and you could always hear your nextdoor neighbors. I just have one thing to say after reading all these reviews... ITS NOT LIKE THAT anymore. It is very quiet now I never seen any thing bad happening and my neighbors are really nice. Majority of residents there are from out of town going to school here in waco. so they are at the apartment only during the week and they leave to go back home on the weekends... the laundry mat used to close at ten but they reopened to where its open 24/7. They also have some 2 bed room apartments now.. Im sorry if some people had bad experience in the past but that was the past it has changed the managment are very nice they will work with you in anyway possible. And they even have security now. a cop drive around the apartment complex every night
