Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2005
We lived here for over 10 years. Before it sold to the new owner who brought the new manager in, it was a wonderful place to live and was well kept. When we left, eventhough we had not renewed a lease for over two years, we had to pay an extra month "if we would be out by the first of the month" and received a letter saying the apartment was filthy and we owed more! First of all the apartment was not filthy and the only things wrong with it were not fixed before we moved into the last one (of two) that we lived in. And everyones cars were broken into on a regular basis!
