the managament sucks! maintenance guy never came by our apartment to help with our sewer problem. we went 3 days with our toilets not working. the drainage is horrible because our apartment almost flooded from the storms. the only nice thing about this place was the apartment space. they are big for a cheap price. but i'd recommend somewhere else if you would like a better management service who takes care of your needs.

The maintenance guys are special. Thats all I can say about them! They are really touched in a special kinda way... Sorry to hear about your drainage issue too. The same thing happened to me!! The mgmt should be fired... They are gettin away with murder. When it fully turns into the ghetto it is becoming... the rich homeowners down the street will complain and watch, thats when things will change. But by that time, I'll be out of grad school, in a different town and in my nice quiet home... haha
