The apartments were ok....definately a good value for the price and size. Ther insulation was not the greatest though so electricity was somewhat high.

My main problem with living here was the apt manager and her daughter. The manager is very rude and almost seems bipolar. She does not want to fix things when they go wrong and she is very irresponsible. If you do not have something in writing, she will say that she doesnt know what you are talking about.

Her daughter is not too much further behind. She is a teenager who thinks she runs the place and is always having parties with drugs and alcohol. She is very rude and obviously not a religious girl of any sort. Her friends are always hanging around the complex and they are not good people. They seem like drug addicts!

While I was there, I had random people coming up to my door with beverages and drugs. Told the manager about the stuff going on and she did nothing about it but complain back to me.

Other than that, it is a nice apt complex for the money, I just wish it would have been run by different people.
