I lived here for allmost four years and i would have to say that, these aparments are the nicest place i have lived in waco as far as aparments go. I was allways treated with respect by mgmt. i defentaly saw improvment from the time i moved in untill now with the lawn the maintance and overall. I would recomend this place to others.

This is sad...the manager posted this review herself. Everyone here knows that this rating is far from accurate. The property is actually going down due to the newer management by Sandy and her family who are always causing problems around here. Anyone know that the manager is actually dating one of the tenants here who is getting "special privelages" along with her daughter? It's not professional at all.
