The reviews I've read are meant to upset and are a malious attempt to be hurtful
and cause harm. I can see thru alot of these, the lastest being an X-employee.

I do warmly invite you to visit our property and see for yourself, and make your own
judgement from what you see, not what you read from unhappy people. One review being the X-Employee and other reviews from residents who would not
pay their rent or could not pay their rent, and asked to move, or evicted.

I absolutely agree with this fellow tenant. Management is very bad and needs to be changed. Her daughter does get special treatment and everyone else is treated like they arent important. Sandy has actually given her daughter (a 20 something y/o drinker) the keys to other peoples apartments. That does not make me feel safe at all. Employees are the only ones that should be handling the keys. Are family members even allowed to be staying on premises when the manager is their mother? If anyone does wish to come see this apt complex that Sandy is so warmingly inviting you to, Ask to see a model apt, and then ask to see her daughters apt. You will notice a huge difference. Her daughter is incredibly rude and very agressive. The manager is also rude....which makes sense of why the daughter is like that as well. Also, after carful review...the one good review of this complex is using the same e-mail address that you have posted here on this review. So, are you writing false reviews about the complex you are running? If so, then why would you feel the need to do that? This just proves your dishonest nature. All you have to do is treat people right and they will treat you the same...go figure huh? I am currently trying to contact the owner of the complex who lives in another state so that I report what is going on here. This is ridiculous.

Sandy if that's your name.....I just want to say that I have some friends that used to live there couple of years ago and you're saying that yall are a WARM mgt?? --------!!!!!! Their apt was FLOODED due to the fact that you were personalizing YOUR DAUGHTERS apt and not doing anything else to anyone else's apt. When they asked you bout changing somethings to their apt too you told them they could but they could pay for it....so how who paid for you daughter ----....WESTCHESTER????? Another set of friends told me about you having a washer and dryer in your apt and you told them they could get one too if they paid for it. Also prompt maintenance.....well if you want it done half ass. yes the apts are spaceous and decent but other than that I would never or let anyone else live there due to the ratings here and also personal experiences and what my friend and her husband went through with yall!! So don't get on here say all this -------- when there's more than enough people that would say the exact same crap that people are posting on here! Face the facts.

I don't know why all these so called other renters are complaining about. My husband & I have lived here for almost 3 years now. We have NEVER had any problems here. I don't know where you people get off saying the things that you are saying. Anytime I had something wrong in my apartment I would contact the office & they would put in a work order, it might take a couple of days to get done, but PEOPLE THINGS CAN'T DONE INSTANTLY. The maintenance men can't drop everything just because you can't change your own light bulb. .............COME ON NOW..................... And as for Sandy, all most anytime I have had to go to the office, she is always there...UNLESS she was out showing a apartment to someone.... Yea she has had a bad office assistant or 2,that would take advantage while Sandy was on Vacation.... I could tell ya lots that this one girl did while she was the assistant, But it would take up a lot of room on here. So for an example she would have her little friends,there were about 7 or 8 guys & girls, they would go to the pool area with there ice chest full of beer, & the were really noisy, then she would go in & out of the office area to vist with them while they were in the pool, then when she closed the office she would go down there & party with them.... This assistant was very childish.... I am sure that she is the one that is posting all these negative postings, & just using different logins... These posting are things that you would see with teenagers arguing at school..............PEOPLE GROW UP......You are ruining a good place reputation.........and a GOOD MANAGERS reputation also........
