Ok! This makes me feel alot better! Me and my roomate are moving down to Waco this summer... How much is electic bills? and do they really pay the water?

Hey Anonymous, What building do you live in? I have been here for over 4 years & have never seen a bill under $130.00, and that's with me only turning my heater on when it gets below 40 degrees, & then I don't turn it on until about 10:30 or 11:00pm & turn it off about 7:00AM.

Just got my March bill its $31.18 I guess that you need to shop around and get a better energy provider.

I have lived at these apts for over 2 yrs. For us they are a safe place, rent is reasonable, water is paid for by complex, light runs 80.00 month but its an all electric apt. The person that wrote that carpet smelled and that maintance was this and that writing that maintance was Forrest Gump mentality I totally DISAGREE. If apt smelled it was probably because of them. Maintance has always been taken care of as soon as possible I have never had problems at this place. Its quiet and I totally feel safe. I have enjoyed these past 2 yrs and hope to continue.
