Yes there isnt very good lighting inside tha place, but since its all bills paid I now have 3 lamps in my living room. Great at getting work orders done, maintenance guys are the friendliest of the employees here. Get home early for a good parking spot. Neighbors are 90% great except for the late night crowd who sit outside and drink beer. The mgmt. is unstable. One day you are a person the next you are just a check to them. I truly feel this is a great place for 1st timers.
