I lived in these apartments for three years.

Good:
They are pracitcally across the street from the campsus--a two minute walk.
You get a lot of space for what you pay. I lived in a one bedroom with a roommate and we had plenty of space.
There is a lot of closet space.
Although the apartments don't look as nice as some of the apartments around campus, there are no major problems and they are affordable--unlike many of the complexes which are rip offs.
On site laundry facility is well kept.
No bug problems except ants sometime in summer which everywhere in Waco has.
Always lots of parking.

Bad--
A lot of the tenants are not college students so you may end up with some old and strange neighbors.
I was never brave enough to swim in the pool--kind of old and not well kept.
Management--I heard they are switching management, but the old manager Lena was very slow to respond to problems and was extremely difficult to get a hold of.


Overall, good apartment for the low price you pay.
