i started off renting here. the manager (lena) is awesome! she's nice and will give you a break and let you pay a little late if you're sincere. cheap, decent laundry room, and big closets. i moved out because there were tenants dumpster diving and asking me if they could have my trash! yuck! it's mostly college students, but it was pretty quiet for me. it flooded one time (just a little) but it rained a ton, so i can't blame the management. maintenance has its good and bad days, but gets stuff done most of the time. if you're trying to save money and want a decent apartment, go here.
