I lived at Woodhollow for 2 1/2 years. The cost may seem high to some, until you look at the management. Woodhollow Management is the best I've seen. They make sure your apartment is clean, painted, and ready before you move in. Any breaks, they will try and fix it the same day. The maintenence people don't waste their time taking care of things. They replace the smoke detector batteries and air filters. They sand the walks in icy weather. If your neighbor gets noisy after 11 p.m. and you complain, they will send a letter to the person. If the noisy neighbor gets several complaints, they get the boot. The management doesn't mess around with that. They even came in and recaulked and insulated the air units to save me money last year, and an exterminator comes in every few months to spray. So the care I received was worth every penny I paid.
