Apartments market to rowdy college students. Management is beyond incompetent. Completely unqualified to handle situations.

Apartments are marketed to whoever wants to rent them. If the apartments are located near a college then there will be more college students that go and rent from the complex. If there is a hospital near the complex than more than likely hospital employees will rent from that location. The same thing applies for just about anything or any industry. This is exactly what happens at Woodhollow. We are near a hospital, we are near MCC, and we are near Valley Mills, which make Woodhollow a big mix of demographics that rent from the complex that I live in. The management is not incompetent and I think that when someone says something like that it usually means that they didn't pay rent and they think they had a justifiable reason for not paying rent. Well, what usually happens when you don't pay a bill... You get notices and then ultimately you get sent to the creditors... Big surprise, huh! If that were the only reason why a person would be mad at the management I would say Shame on the person for not being responsible. Work orders and other things that the resident asks for aside from money related issues are handled swiftly and with care. I think that the management has been nothing but caring and compassionate to the residents that they help and I for one and so thankful to have the staff employed here in the office.

you sir, respond to every negative comment about Woodhollow!!! Get a Life and let people write what they want...no one cares about ur obvious infatuation w/Woodhollow!!! Freak!
