First, my aparment always felt like it was going to fall off the end of the building. The concrete was tilted and none of the doors closed properly. This made my air conditioning bills and heating bills way too much. Next, the parking was awful. I had to park in the complex next door and in the street a lot since there was never parking in my area and people parking in the fire lane on a daily basis. Finally, when I moved out the real suprise came. After moving out and paying a large fee to move out, I got a letter a month later saying I owed an additional $250. This was insane and I still don't have a good explanation of it. They will be hearing from my lawyer about this very soon.

I have lived in several apartment complexes and have never received my deposit back . They always find an excuse to keep it. Woodhollow is the only one who actually gave ours back to us.
