Pretty cool apartments. Kinda sucks living on the 3rd floor, but that's no fun anywhere. I haven't had an electric bill over 80 bucks (1 bedroom) and my thermostat is always at 78. There are some obnoxious people that act like they own the place, but no one will bother you. Lots of parking and the grounds are kept up great. The pools could be cleaned more often and I wish they would have thought more when designing the volleyball court. I think the rent is too expensive (I got lucky and came in when they had a decent deal, but market value on these things are ridiculous), and the late charges are BS. I've heard car alarms going off at night, but have only heard of 2 car break ins since I've lived here. Management is alright, could be better and more understanding (not everyone gets paid on the 1st of the month), but they're just doing what they're told by their boss. Overall, it's okay, but I'd still shop around more before leasing here.
