Luxe at 1300

1300 Placid Circle, Waco, TX 76706

08/22/14 by emshannon: Luxe is a beautiful place in natural surroundings that have you feeling like you are out in the country or on vacation, when you are actually close to everything Waco has to offer. The grounds and entry are also gorgeous and well cared for. We are moving there next weekend and cannot wait. more

The Residence at Central Texas Marketplace

5210 Bagby Avenue, Waco, TX 76711

10/11/14 by anonymous: Nice property but needs some major improvements. Most nights there is no parking by my building and I end up parking two buildings away and people who are not disabled park in the handle cap spaces which management does nothing about. A lot of the exterior lights are burnt out and have been for a few months. Also there are some very inconsiderate residents in my building including one who smokes more

The Village Condominiums

1300 S 11th Street, Waco, TX 76798

05/13/14 by choosethevilliage: I have lived at the Village for 3 years. The rent is inexpensive considering what you are getting and the surrounding areas. I don't quite know what other people mean about the landlady but she is wonderful. She is super helpful and really cares about her residents as long as you pay rent on time and don't break your lease. She really is great but she doesn't take any crap from more

Abbey Glenn Apartments (formerly Waco Park Apartments)

700 S 4th Street, Waco, TX 76706

10/23/14 by anonymous: Abbey Glenn is the best deal in the Baylor University area. With nice amenities such as a dog park and gazebo the place looks nice on the outside. As for my apartment, it needs some updating for sure, appliances, carpeting etc. But that is in the works from what I have heard which is exciting for future residents! located next to I-35 I generally walk to class or bike. more

Pecan Ridge Apartments

2736 Lake Shore Dr, Waco, TX 76708

09/05/14 by anonymous: I have only been here for 2 weeks and I already regret moving in. My new appliances which I am paying an extra $30 a month for were not installed as promised by my move in date, but I still had to pay the rent with the extra $30. I have put in a maintenance request for the same issue 3 times now and it still has not been fixed although the office staff has called to confirm my request 2 times. more

Woodhollow Apartments

4502 Lake Shore Dr, Waco, TX 76710

07/14/14 by anonymous: So I have lived here for about 2 years and have been in two different units. When I first moved in it was perfect for my first apartment on my own! The manager worked with me when I renewed after 6 months and got me a discount deal even though I was a few days late in renewing (there was a deadline to renew to get the discount) They knew me by name and apartment number which was nice and I have more

The View

South 10th Street and Speight Avenue, Waco, TX 76706

10/23/14 by Verified Resident: This is a very nice building and seems to be quite safe. They were obviously not prepared for move in, as it has been around 3 months since then and they are still working on things throughout the building. Once all that is done I would not have any problems with it though. The only other problem I had was with the office staff, who I think could have done a much better job at communicating more

The Grove

2826 South University Parks Drive, Waco, TX 76706

07/19/14 by anonymous: I've recently renewed my lease at the Grove. It's my first apartment and I don't have any complaints. The staff is really friendly and every time something needs fixing, maintenance has gotten to it within a day or two. It's great because on weekdays it's usually very quite so I'm able to study and relax. The office has dog treats so I bring my puppy every time I pay more

Valley Terrace Apartments

1001 N Valley Mills Dr, Waco, TX 76710

10/20/14 by kenzieann2010: Only move here if you want the worse experience ever. We have had multiple problems with our apartment and it has taken weeks at a time to get things fixed. It took them 2 weeks after we asked for them to spray for bugs and when they did they came while we were not home and left our door unlocked. They got so bad in my daughters room we had to get rid of her playpen. Our toilet started leaking and more
