Wow No standards in this complex. You can do whatever you want and not get kicked out. I would never advise anyone to live here. New management seems great in person, but do not be fooled, shady as hell and afraid to uphold the rules and guideline stated in the lease. DO NOT MOVE

Quiet......country living We have lived at Red Oak for about 5 monthes. It was the best choice we ever made. Its so quiet, management is great. Our kids love it and we feel safe as they play outside. Management does alot for the residents and have lots of programs for the children and seniors.
