Whatever you do, don't move here!!!! Awful bug problems, they are always having water problems and having to shut it off, if you turn in work orders, they are always "losing" them and will never fix anything, they are more worried about their flowers and grass than they are the people that live here! I have lived here for 9 months and it has been the worst 9 months of my life! There isn't enough parking, there are ALWAYS cops here arresting people therefore you know what that means... the safety level SUCKS! Everything is molding and rotting. The office staff sucks. They are always hiring new people therefore no one knows you or anything about you. They aren't nice or friendly. They charge you a ton of money for a crappy place to live! Whatever you do, do NOT move here!
