Lived here for a little over a year. If you don't mind major bug problems, rude office staff, mold galore, poor parking facilities, and broken water lines all of the time, then you will have a great place to live here. However, they do have a lot of problems (as listed above)!!!! I would never live here again!!!!!

THIS IS NOT TRUE!!! I have never had any bug problems, maybe an occasional cricket, that's it. The office staff is delightful and Terminex comes every month. Everytime I go pay rent they are always helpful and friendly and sometimes I go in the office just to eat candy and chit chat. I always take long, hot showers and have no issues with water whatsoever!!!

Same here,The hot water is GREAT as is the water pressure(unless filling the pools)Other than that is is great.as for bugs---I have been here 3 months and I have not seen 1 single bug..well 1 cricket as i caught and placed it outside.Took me 5 seconds so I wouldnt say thats a major problem.

Let me point out to you fools who are posting comments that it isn't that way now that the person who posted this lived there from 2004-2005... that was 4-5 years ago. Things can change A LOT in 4-5 years. So before you start getting all defensive, why don't you use your brain a smidge and think about that aspect?! Just saying. I know for fact that management staff has changed multiple times in that time frame.
