I moved into Westwood Apartments sight unseen because I did not have time to apartment hunt. I simply coordinated it over the Internet and phone with the staff. My job relocated me from Westwood apartments and the greater Texarkana, TX area less than a month ago. My recollection will be as honest as possible. I'll state what was "bad" first because that is what everyone wants to know. During the warmer months, crickets somehow find their way into the apartments; however, that is NO DIFFERENT than any other complex in the Texarkana area. I had friends who stayed in the pricier complexes like the Links and Legacy, both had the same issue. Second, the water pressure was not up to my liking. Then, the outside leaves a little to be desired. Lastly, I had an old stove.

For me, the positives outweighed the negatives. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and personable. Could not ask for a better staff. Besides my old stove, the inside of the apartments were as nice and decent as another place you'd pay much more (specifically the Links). It may have been just me, but I had the greatest neighbors. Sometimes we even stood around outside and talked as a group.

The best feedback I can give is that, despite its shortcomings, I wouldn't hesitate to move back in at Westwood were I in the area. You be the judge.
