I have been living here since last one year. To make this review easier, I will list pros and cons:

Pros:
- very friendly office staff, always cooperative and will "always" make sure things are fixed if not right at the 1st place.
- Problems gets fixed the same day 95% of the times.
- Friendly people and safe neighborhood. They have on site patrolling officer at nights.
- very spacious apartments compared to other apartments in the city.
- Cheaper and more value for money

Cons:

- Construction is little old, but they are well kept and continuous improvement is taking place.
- Away from the center of the town and noisy and busy traffic. Some people consider it as a con. But for me it doesn't bother, its not more than 3 miles away from important destinations, food and shopping places, and is very quite.


Conclusion:

I love staying here and will continue to do so, unless I buy my own house, or move out of the city. "HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"
