Where do we begin' The raise in rent for "gas" with no notice from the gas company. The drug-selling neighbors. The unprofessional staff. The trashy neighbors. The bug problems (see Brown Recluse). Oh yeah, and management letting tenants they know get away with anything and turning a blind eye to your problems. Plainly put, there is a lot of shadiness here. The apartments are gross. The spider and roach problem endures all year long. There is a big ant problem (which they gave us the pesticides and let us go, I love professionalism). Parking a serious problem. The water is gross. Our water was orange half the year; and when they fixed it, it was shut off 4-5 times all day. That means no showers, no brushing teeth, no anything with water. The neighbors are loud, and most of them do not work--and you know exactly what that means. A guy hung himself in the apartments this past spring. All complaints fall on deaf ears and are met with hostility. Living here is like living in the twilight zone. Management needs to be replaced, and there are many neighbors who either need to be arrested or institutionalized. I DO NOT recommend this place.

Yu sound like you are hating on the place. Why did you stay a year if all the things were going on. I have been here and do work. The place has been great !!! Every complex has its quirts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Management ha sbeen the best its been in years. Problems accure and they fix them as quickly as possible, so it seems. I would recommend this place to everyone. Its always quiet and the police patrol every night, how much safer can you get? No bugs in my apartment.

I agree! This rating is b***s****. I lived here for 2 years and moved out last month to the new home. I have lived in apartments for 5 years around the country from NY to CA and this is the best management staff I had. Rest all is crap, have never heard of any problems. Always felt safe even late nights when walking my dogs around.

I agree.. the management was helpful until they wanted you to move so they could rent your apartment and lied to you and tryed to be nice about it.. becareful who you trust in this apartment complex and DO NOT TRUST THE MANAGEMENT THEY ARE OUT FOR THEMSELVES.. AND THE CHRISTIAN OWNER IS A LIER.... because a christian would not lie for $168.00 from a single mother...

The person who posted this rating knows exactly what is going on...and I could not agree more! This place IS a horrible nightmare. And I am sure they got out as soon as they could, just like myself. The office staff should really get their head out of their ass, and pay more attention to the residents, instead of getting on this web page and responding to every bad pasting with a positive comment...it is so apparent this responses to this rating are staff. You should really GET TO WORK!
