I so agree.. not only is the owner and management Awful.. but they are liers as well.. Since I have been moved out of this palce I have heard of several people they have messed around.. they will fine excuses not to give you your deposit back so if you move out do not waste your time cleaning because you will not get a deposit back any way.. just ask anyone.. and tell everyone you know not to rent there...

First, I would like to address the accusation that all positive comments are from management. The ??critics?? may want to be sure that what they are writing comes from truth and fact, otherwise, it would be called slander. There are going to be negative reviews from those who may have had an unpleasant experience, but it??s obvious that not ALL residents have the same negative encounter because if this was true, the complex wouldn??t be full of people. As a matter of fact, they would be bankrupt in today??s economy. I am not sure what makes the authors of the last two reviews refer to the owners or management as awful liars, what personal basis they have been on with them to know them this way, or what puts them in a place to judge, criticize, or insult another human being. They obviously do not realize that the rules are clearly outlined in the standard TAA Lease they put their signature on before moving in or that the people they are bashing are only doing their job, just like the rest of us must do in order to stay employed. I personally think expression of someone??s OPINION can be accomplished without hostility. I also am expressing my opinion, in an educated (& correctly spelled) manner, without a vicious, vengeful tone. My experience with the company has proved to be quite pleasant and I would recommend this property to everyone. There is no such place as ??The Perfect Apartment Complex,?? since nothing in life can possibly reach perfection, but if anyone is looking for an affordable, safe, easily accessible, and pleasant place to live, then they should definitely check out what Westwood has to offer.
