we have lived here for most of our lease however when we first moved in i was promised that the townehome the "model Home" which had a bit of a pest problem would be taken care of... however since i have moved in i have had the pest control out every month and the bugs wont disapear... now to break my lease they are asking for 1600 dollars i have never lived in a place where i was a minority

If any of you become victims of "rent concessions" please contact me at screwedbymansions@sbcglobal.net. These fees are illegal. If you know of anyone that has been charged rent concessions, please give them this e-mail address. Breach of contract(breaking a lease) people are welcome to respond!

COMPLETELY RIGHT, IF YOU WANT A CLEAN, BUG FREE HOME, DON'T LIVE HERE. EVEN IF YOU ASK THE MANAGEMENT TO SEND THE PEST CONTROL, THEY WILL LIE AND SAY THAT THEY DID, BUT SIT ON THEIR LAZY..... CHAIRS AND DO NOTHING.
