My sister lives in this apartment and is having to break her lease because the landlord is doing nothing to guarantee her safety. Her roomate is making threats and locking her property in his room. His roomate has also spent some time in a mental hospital, by the way.
Yet when my sister confronted the landlord on this and even showed a recent police report, the landlord said she "doesn't know what to do." What'!'!' Doesn't know what to do'!'!'
The landlord also informed my sister that she would have to pay ' of the next months rent for breaking the lease, even though she is having to move out for safety reasons.
Folks, I would advise you to think twice before moving into this complex- a landlord this incompetent is unpredictable when it comes to issues of safety. There are other complexes in Weatherford to choose from.
