Resident is Incompetent, NOT the Landlord

Whomever wrote the review "Landloard is Incompetent" is incorrect. First off Read Your Lease. Obviously the resident didnt read their contract and they are the INCOMPETENT ones. Their choice of roomates is their problem not the managers. Why should the property let someone out of a legal binding contract for a residents personal problems and own ignorance. The safety issue was with their own roomate not any fault of the property's. This should have been worked out among two adults (the roomates) and not even involved the manager until they had a solution to their OWN problem!.
Dont fault the manager who is a very caring individual who has always gone out of her way for the convienence, safety and happiness of her residents.
