The apt.is very small. Rent is increasing when your lease is up. not good!!!!!!! bad carpet,not clean.

I disagree with this review in that the units are not clean.I know that management puts out a good product.Also, I guess you get what you pay for in complexes.You want cheap, then you don't complain when you get what you pay for.
