College Park is a great place to live. I can not tell you how great Lolly (the manager) is...you will absolutely love her and the community. I highly recommend College Park Apts. but only if Lolly is still managing.

Also, the person that wrote that the Manager is "incompetent" needs to learn more about Leases...maybe your sister needs to pick better roommates. You would think before someone chooses to live with someone else that they would know that person fairly well, at least enough to know that the person they choose to be behind closed doors with has a mental condition before signing a binding legal contract to live with them. Don't blame the manager for your sisters own stupidity!!
