As a younger couple,we've rented several places and have found College Park Apartments to be the ideal home for our small family. The units are attractive and well maintained, the grounds are beautiful, and the people extremely friendly. The manager, especially, is the best ever - she insures that troublemakers are dealt with firmly, but does everything possible for those who act as adults. After reading the comments by the disgruntled ex-tenants, I can only surmise that they were "problem children" who got treated as they deserved. Never would the CPA employees be harsh with those abiding by the rules. This is to the benefit of those living there who have learned to respect the rights of others and have honored their rental agreement requirements. We greatly enjoyed our time in Weatherford at the College Park Apts.
