We have lived here for 1.5 years, when we moved in it was great, had to pass a background check and so it was a nice property, nice neighbors. Some covered parking and we were told we would be assigned a pass for who could park where.

But now they have moved anyone and everyone in, the trash piles up at the dumpster and on people's porches (and often times in the grass when animals tear the bags apart), and we now have roaches, there are people out at all hours walking the breezeways and fighting, and the parking.. WOW! there IS no parking after 6 pm!! Residents let their dogs crap anywhere, and my son cannot go outside without stepping in some, the outside lights are constantly being pushed over because of the "people" they have moved in to destroy the place, The pool is only open about 3 months out of the year and the manager is RUDE! I think she inherited the position from the manager that was there when we moved in, but she is lot in what she is supposed to do and NOT helpful!

We will NOT be renewing our lease here!!
