I am a resident of 2 years now, although there have been many changes here from good to bad, the over all is good. Yes I too have several times complained about the parking situation, and I'm not sure if that will ever change. I too was promised assigned parking, never happened, I have made suggestions to empty ears, I am even on a waiting list for a garage. But it seems they would rather store their own things in them than to rent them to a resident. My complex is for the part very good, the neighbors are quiet and yet friendly,one time I with a neighbor I had a problem but with a complaint to the office they soon were gone.
