Parking, noise, animals using the balconys as their toilets. The manager and staff.
poor maintenance, all amenities offered are a joke. Security gate never worked.
More than 10 days late on rent due to a serious reason. Too bad. On the 11th day your evicted., with 1 day to move. No exceptions. I wasnt evicted but left by choice.
If there is absolutely nothing else available, what are you gonna do'
Read the fine print in the lease, you will be surprised.

Had a friend that lived there...single mom of two kids making it on her own. She was laid off from work. She found another job right away but was going to be late 1 week on her rent due to the job change. The apartment gave her 5 days to get out! They didnt care about her situation and the fact that she had lived there 2 years and NEVER had a late payment didnt matter at all. Heartless and crude business dealers.
