The assistant manager is rude as hell!!! I have lived here for 2 1/2 yrs and she has got to be the biggest joke ever! The head manager is very nice and is always willing to help out in any area needed, so the rating that I give the staff has nothing to do with the main manager. It is primarily for Carol. Anyone that is wanting to move out here should really do their businees with Samantha and leave Carol well enough alone. The parking is horrible, my neighbors are constatly playing loud music. Not to mention that on a weekly basis the cops are out here for people smoking pot shooting off fireworks and others just causing problems.

Well I think the aparments are nice, especially considering the price. But I have to agree, as a tenant that has been here just as long...Carol is a rude and unprofessional manager/ assistant. Samantha does a great job. It must suck that she has to deal with such a control freak.

Could it be you are not living up to your end of the bargain? Carol is strict and candid, but enforces all the rules. Maybe you are not following rules.

Why is it people here make complaints about the appartments but still renew their lease? If you want out quit renewing, or speak with the mng's there to let you out of your lease.
