I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX TO MY WORST ENEMY. CAROL IN THE OFFICE IS RUDE AND BECAUSE SHE HAS A MISERABLE LIFE, SHE TRYS TO MAKE EVERYONE ELSE MISERABLE.IF I WERE YOU I WOULD REALLY THINK TWICE BEFORE MOIVING IN THIS HELL HOLE. ITS JUST LIKE LIVING IN A PRISON.

I have lived here for over a year and am personally GLAD to see someone with a little initative to WANT to take charge and get rid of some of the ingrates, and riff raff that have moved in. You really shouldn't put your petty attitude in public if you don't want it ridiculed. Carol is definately no nonsense, but she knows what she is doing, and is trying to get this place on the right trac for those of us who actually like living in NICE places..

Bull...Carrol is rude and un professional. To refer to people as ingrates and rif raff just shows how YOUR opinion is wrong. I have lived here for years, long before Carol came here. I have seen several managers come and go in that time. The people that live here are like other people, they just want a place to live that is reasonable. I pay my rent on time, obey the policies, yet the managers are the ones who seem to be the ingrates. If I pay my rent and live here then I'm a customer of the complex, I pay their salary. There is no reason to treat your tenants like they have to be grateful to have a place to live. Carol or whomever is in charge does not own the property. They should try to be polite and sincere and go out of their way to provide quality customer service.

I agree with the first response. We have a great property with incredible rent amounts. FINALLY someone who gives a damn and without regard to some pansy ass who wants to live, smell and act like a slob. YEA CAROL! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Carol and the manager are the best team we have had here during the time we have lived here (2 years). True, Carol is an up front person but, she is the kind of asst. mgr. we need here. And, btw...they have a job to do just like everyone else does. It just so happens they do a terrific job... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK LADIES!! I would recommend any family to check out Cypress View and see if they like it as much as we do.

Why is it people here make complaints about the appartments but still renew their lease? If you want out quit renewing, or speak with the mng's there to let you out of your lease.
