Cypress view apartments are beautiful apartments. The maintenance team has always been quick responders. However, the quality of the nieghborhood has gone down. It is true what the other reviews say about teens hanging out at night, little kids roaming the place after dark and animals crapping everywhere. residents would purposly take thier animals out and let them use the restroom right in front of my ground floor balcony. In the summer it would make my house smell like a litter box. The cockroaches are horrible and I am constantly spending my own money fighting them myself. They claim that an exterminator comes out, but you have to make sure you request him each time. Most of the time, when they come out, I can hardly tell the difference. But the rent is cheap...cheapest around and for the space. It is a matter of the residence not taking pride in where they live. I have heard stories of the management being crude and unreasonable when it comes to tenants problems. The only issue I have ever had is thier lack of doing anything about the cockroaches. I have lived there over 2 years and as soon as I can save up some money, I am buying a house and getting out of there. It is not a nieghborhood I want my kids growing up in. and parking...ya... you better be home before 6pm if you want a spot close to your apartment building.
