I have lived in this complex for a couple of years, soon to renew my lease for the second time. Overall I love the amount of room you get for the money. I have been in a lot of apartment complexes in the state, from Dallas to Houston.. and you can't find a better deal for your money anywhere. The rooms are spacious enough to house me and my 2 teenage sons and young daughter. I love that we have our own laundry facilities in each apartment. The maintenance staff has always gotten right to any problem I have ever had and they have been few, and always minor. Clogged drain, door jam issues, etc..

The management is great at keeping us updated on what is going on in our neighborhood. We receive newsletters often. There are always some sort of activity going on for the kids, which I love.

I do live in a building that has some issues with parking, but, most architects are men, so I chalk the issue up to that point and leave it be. It isn't like they can jump up and add 20 parking spaces to my building with out it being a major expense.

My daughter loves having a lot of kids to play with, schools are rather close, and the bus comes right down into the neighborhood, which makes it a little easier on me. I was pleased to see all the new poolside furniture they bought for this season.. It's nice to be proud of the place I call home.

I recommend the apartments to people all the time, hoping that they will find it to thier liking as much as i have.
