Halfway through the lease and will not renew. The apartments are nice, but, you do pay for it in high rent. Parking can be difficult with all of the 'friends' that show up. The rules say they limit pets to 40 lbs, but that is so not true. Management allows huge dogs and not only that but they allow more than one as well. There is not a doggie park so they can do their 'thing'. On top of that nobody seems to care to pick up after their dogs and they don't police the 'land mines' that literally cover the grounds. Also, there are a lot of cats. Not sure if they belong to someone here or not but they are all over the place. Sure there are worse places, but, for the money you would expect a little more class.
