Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
As a resident of almost 2 years I am very unhappy with the management at residences at holland lake. I had a complaint and went to her and she pretty much laughed in my face and did nothing about this. VERY RUDE LADY AND STAFF! when Me and my fiancee first moved in there was a very nice staff who were all very helpful, NOT ANYMORE! I have NEVER been so mistreated in my life the way these new people have talked to me and my fiancee. The apartments are WAY overpriced and DO NOT include a fire place, parking (you have to pay an additional $25.00 to have a parking space, otherwise you have to park a long way from your apartment more then half the time)and they blow your requests and comments off like you were nothing. I HIGHLY advise you to save your money and go somewhere else. And this is not only me and my fiancee who feel this way. Just about all of the residents we talk to are very unhappy as well!
