I personally wouldn't recommend these apartments. They are located on a busy and noisy highway. Although, these are all bills paid. Seemingly, ideal for a young couple or single mother. Beware, of all that goes on. Read on: Owners believe they have right to enter your apt., at anytime.....whether, your home or not. You have to demand for maint. to be preformed. Your children will be playing in a parking lot. I've seen cars carelessly whip in and out. The last thing they're watching out for, are your children. Owners want to control everything......including your lives. Who your guests are, who has stayed over, what temp. you will run your thermostat, etc. etc. etc. I have never lived in such a run down and poorly managed apt. complex. People, take all I have said, into consideration. Otherwise, you will be sorry!!!!!!!!
