I lived there for only 6 months and we had roaches, mice and termites! My neighbor was loud 24/7 and when I asked for them to address the issue they told me to go to the appartment and deal with it myself. I had a $200 Deposit and they are only giving me $40 back ! I had the carpets proffesionally cleaned and they told me they never came. I cleaned the place for 4 hours , scrubbed every wall , tiles, base boards and ceiling fans. I even moved the stove, fridge and dishwasher to get behind and underneath them. They are cheap scheeming people. They refused to let me speak with managment about the issue so i resolved to the Better Business Bureau. I am filing complaints against them . The people who work there are rude and when you ask them to fix something they will when they are ready to. They came in my apartment bedroom while I was not there I thought they were but was unsure so I closed every door when I left and when I returned I got home to my closet and bedroom door open. That is creepy . So word to the wise. dont live ther! Santa fe apartments are not good!
